Terms
These terms govern your purchase and use of RightFit, provided by [legal entity name], [registered address] ("we"). By buying a report or subscription you agree to them. Last updated 25 October 2026.
A research service. We find, verify and rank publicly posted roles that fit your profile and constraints, and draft application material for you to edit. We are not a recruiter, employment agency or placement service. We never contact employers on your behalf, never submit applications for you, and do not guarantee any interview, offer or outcome. The decision to apply, and what you send, is yours.
The free fit check on the home page scores one posting against the CV you upload. It is offered as is, limited per day, and carries no warranty; it is a taste of the report, not a substitute for it.
Reports are tied to the email you buy with. To reopen reports, generate documents or manage a subscription you create an account with that email (password or Google). One account per person; you may not share, resell or redistribute reports or documents.
Cancel at any time from your account page. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then ends without renewal. Months already started are not refunded. You can also pause a subscription; billing and research both stop while paused.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the report is digital content produced for you and delivered at once, you expressly ask us at checkout to start the research immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends when the report is delivered. In its place we give you a better promise: for a Report, a full refund within 48 hours of delivery, no questions, by replying to the report email. For Watch subscriptions the first report carries the same 48-hour promise. If research fails on our side and no report is delivered, you are refunded in full.
Research starts when you complete the intake. We deliver the report within 24 hours and usually much sooner; during our launch phase a human reviews each first report before it is released. You are emailed when the report is ready. If a run fails twice we tell you and fix it; if the report is not with you within 24 hours of the intake you may ask for a full refund.
Reports and documents are produced by an AI research agent that reads public pages during your run. We show only roles whose page we fetched during the run, with the time we checked it, and we mark what we could not verify. Postings close and change; we do not guarantee a role is still open, that a salary or requirement is current, or that every relevant role was found. The report is information to support your own judgement, not advice you should rely on without checking. Tailored CVs and cover letters are drafts: they must not add facts that are not true about you, and you are responsible for reviewing and sending them under your own name.
You keep all rights to your CV and answers and grant us the licence needed to produce your reports and documents. You confirm the information you give is yours and accurate. How we handle your data is described in the privacy notice, which is part of these terms.
Reports and documents are produced for your personal job search. You may use, copy and edit them for that purpose. You may not resell them, publish them, or use the service to build a competing product or database.
Do not upload content that is not yours, attempt to access other clients' data, probe or overload the service, or use it for recruiting third parties. We may suspend accounts that do, after warning where reasonable, with a pro-rata refund of any unused subscription period.
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory consumer law. Otherwise our liability for a breach of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for the decisions you take on the basis of a report, for the hiring decisions of third parties, or for the content of third-party pages we link to. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
We may change these terms for good reason, such as a change in law or in the service. Account holders are emailed at least 14 days before a change applies and may cancel before then. The version in force is always at this address.
These terms are governed by the law of [country], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Consumers in the EU may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. We would rather fix things directly: write to [support email] first.
